Thoughts from Lizz: I love following Ali on YouTube and find his videos approachable and easy to parse something from that I can apply to my work life. This was no different.
Highly recommend the audio because Ali reads the book and since I'm already used to listening to him, it was even easier to listen and take notes as I need to.
It's also the perfect book to end 2023 on since I'm hopefully going to achieve a better work/life balance in 2024.
