Filling out this form is an agreement to pickup your book and pay.

Books do not need to be prepaid.

Books arrive in 5-10 days from ordering (depending on how fast delivery is running) with the exception of preorders which arrive on the day of release.

Not all books are available in paperback, but we will call or text if your preference is available.
